What is the Cancellation Policy for Executive Transportation Services?

At Executive Car Service, we understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable. For local service area, we accept cancellations of airport transfers by sedan with 26% of off-road vehicles free of charge four hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Premium and special vans, limousines, and vehicles require a cancellation notice of at least twelve hours. D&D Executive Transportation is a personal transportation company serving Metro-Detroit and the rest of Southeastern Michigan.

In the event of a mechanical breakdown during the charter flight, SDC Executive Transportation will be responsible for making up for lost time on a mutually agreed date or for offering an appropriate discount or a refund for any inconvenience. Executive Car Service will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the passenger as a result of an arrival time later than the desired arrival time. Executive Car Service offers an hourly rate for all other services based on a minimum charge of two hours. For trips from the airport, the vehicle is shipped according to the estimated time of arrival of the flight, as provided to the Executive Car Service through the automated system of each respective airline.

Executive Car Service reserves the right to refuse to transport people who are under the influence or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as people in a state of excessive drunkenness, in possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, who are or may become annoying to other people, or if the driver feels threatened in any way. Executive Car Service offers point-to-point transfer rates for local pickups and returns within Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties. The company also provides a fixed rate for most transfers and transfers to and from LAX and John Wayne airports. Executive Car Service cannot assume responsibility for the handling or maintenance of any luggage or other property, or for any property left in company vehicles.
