The company reserves the right to refuse to transport people who are under the influence or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as people in a state of excessive drunkenness, in possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, who are or may become annoying to other people, or if the driver feels threatened in any way. If you do not use the method of transportation required by regulations or authorized by your agency, you will bear any additional costs you incur that exceed the cost of the authorized method of transportation.
If you do not inform Executive Car Service under these circumstances, your card will be charged again for the full amount, plus a 20% tip.
